Outstanding Issues – Application details

1)When there is a decision date to display the decision text should also be shown.

2)On the old web page the PDF document list could be expanded

1)Print option for weekly lists

2)Grid references to appear on received and decided lists.

Changes from 1st August 2011

1)New headings on the planning department details section:

Anticipated Decision Date (THIS NEW DATE WILL BE CALCULATED AND INCLUDED IN THE APAS DATA EXPORT)

Planning Sub Committee Date (THIS NEW DATE, WHERE RELEVANT, WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE APAS DATA EXPORT)

Although these two new dates are not yet available in the export, this should not delay the website development work. They will be available later this week.

2)Please also add a note in this section stating:
“For applications received after 1st August we will no longer inform interested parties /objectors / supporters to applications, in writing or by site notice, of the relevant Sub Committee date.”.

3)Could the Planning Sub Committee date field section also have a link to the Policy & Governance web pages relevant to the Heavy Woollen & Huddersfield Sub Committees

4)In respect of the proposed appointment system please include a note on the Planning Application Contacts Section:
“If you wish to make an appointment to see a Planning / Planning Policy / Trees / Conservation or Highways Officer please contact: 01484 414746 and we will ring you back to discuss a suitable date / time for a meeting.”.
